Bob Shadley the Consultant
Bob Shadley relies on the experiences he has gained and the currency he maintains to provide strategic planning, business development, and leadership training to businesses, organizations and individuals. He is best known for providing acquisition and contracting advice to businesses in the defense sector.
Following his 33-year military career, Shadley served in key leadership positions at Alliant Techsystems. He served as Senior Vice President, Force Protection, Advanced Weapons Division and a senior mentor providing logistics and leadership expertise to the U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command and the U.S. Army Battle Command Training Program.
Shadley has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in industrial engineering from Purdue University and holds a Master’s of Military Art and Science Degree from the United States Army Command and General Staff College. He is a graduate of the British Royal Armour School and the U.S. Army War College.
